• Responsible for oversight and successful execution of all programs and projects within key accounts

• Cooperate and liaise over different country managers and manage online e-marketing campaigns for clients via an in-house emailer software tool: RAPPORT
• Re-establish, maintain continuity and stability of in-house marketing tool: RAPPORT by ensuring full compliance to internal process; act as a central co-ordinate between the CRM-ops and tech team to resolve technical.
• Good understanding of e-marketing deployment tool, e.g. Eloqua, DREAMmail and KANA, for campaign execution. Setup and deploy marketing campaigns via the marketing tools based on campaign requirements
• Ensure closed loop marketing; such that all opportunities are captured based on the campaign workflow
• Compilation of the end of campaign performance and data analysis. This includes generating of monthly, quarterly and annual performance report

• Prepare proposal, quotation based on client’s requirements for ERP, Syteline and Accpac Accounting System
• Source for required hardware components to integrate with client’s implementation of Syteline ERP system, based on their specific requirements e.g. Barcode scanner with PDA functionalities
• Liaised with suppliers for purchasing, sourcing and negotiation for hardware, software and other computer peripherals etc., includes both local and overseas suppliers and clients
• Arrange for delivery of goods to clients; issue Purchase Orders to suppliers, Invoice to clients
• Product knowledge on hardware, e.g. HP, IBM, Acer, Fujitsu, 3Com
• Licensing knowledge for software, e.g. Microsoft volume licensing
