Preparation of quarterly evaluation reports, social surveys, formulates proposalsfor reported cases / maintenance of protection measures, minutes, other specificdocuments;Prepares and ensures direct contacts between the child and his natural parents /extended family, in conditions that ensure confidentiality and an ambienceconducive to communication but also an adequate security for the child;It takes care of the operation of the registers of opinions and suggestions, complaints, visits, etc.;Keeps in good conditions the social files of all beneficiaries, filling them in timewith the necessary documents or those resulting from the correspondencebetween the institution and the Public Service of Social Assistance and the GeneralDirectorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection at home, other publicinstitutions, etc.;It takes care of the maintenance in good conditions of the social archive of thecomplex.

As associate in the Urban Mobility Club, I helped to socially integrate new participants as well as many activities including various workshops and samples including cooking workshops, motricity tests as well as mobility samples made in different public places where the participants, had certain requirements that they need to meet, being blindfolded in order to understand the problem. The club is a community that mainly wants a Bucharest including both in terms of space for the unharmed and to promote an independent and efficient life.Besides, the club aims to eliminate marginalizations and discrimination arising from impaired vision, so that typical people can connect good friendships with a blind person.

Promoting the events of the NGO by going in the public spaces and inform civils about the current projects;Supporting for the manager assistant and manager itself of the organization, in creating the projects by writing the scripts for the schedule.

Selling tickets for the events organized by the NGO; Participating at the conferences held by the organization, induction for the volunteers in order to understand the cause and the mission of the organization; Organizing traditional Romanian Christmas event and being part of the staff, greeting people and give access in the performance room; Promoting the events of the organization by talking with students from different universities.
