A highly effective, detail oriented problem solver, currently working within a highly talented team to design and implement next generation animation pipeline software. This project gives me an opportunity to further develop my software engineering and design skills.When I first joined Pixar, I was responsible for test strategy and implementation of API tests, as well as support and extension of key test infrastructure. This gave me a thorough introduction to a complex, high performance application, developed in a highly agile, production driven environment.In my past life at Sun, I was exposed to a wide variety of difficult problems, ranging from design of highly available, yet low touch, test delivery environments, to design of software configuration management systems. My primary focus has always been on optimization of workflow through the design and implementation of generic, reusable components.I bring this focus on usable and reusable software to Pixar.
