Designed to help students identify their personal leadership strengths and approaches to building teams, managing complex operations, and facilitating organizational change. Topics include: interpersonal leadership, conflict resolution, supervision, team development, goal setting, trust, accountability, and feedback.

Managed 6 internal teams and collaborated with various external partners (corporations, workforce development organizations, and community based organizations) to implement and supervise employer-led pilot programs that placed young adults into full-time entry-level and middle skill positions with corporations. Implemented organization-wide strategic management practices and facilitated programmatic research & evaluation. Secured more than 2,500 full-time jobs for young adults with 30+ corporate partners in 4 markets.

Led the comprehensive strategic planning process to evaluate violence intervention programs. This project consisted of a multi-level data collection and analysis used to guide the City of Oakland in refining its violence intervention strategy, service-delivery model, and budget allocation to target those at highest risk for violent offense.
