I solved problems involving networking, stereo video decoding and even VR-specific optical experiences.Mentees often need help with UI development (SwiftUI, Unity, ...) and networking.But the most fun are the most esoteric. I've assisted in writing a FAT16 filesystem decoder, an OS X audio driver and a GTK-based interface for an industrial control unit.

I joined the Polish team during its formation and delivered the team's first microservices to production for Automotive Mastermind. I was asked by management to help understand the American team's requirements, so I interviewed the right people and asked the right questions until we had a concrete plan. I was quickly promoted to senior engineer, and later volunteered as scrum master.

I worked directly with an American on navigational software for use in the Bakken oil fields in North Dakota.For an Australian-based client, we maintained software for keeping medical test records. My refactoring significantly reduced code volume of this application.I planned and lead the development of an Android fighting game called Heritage.For PlayWay SA, I wrote a finite element analysis kit to manage building collapse for the games Construction Machines 2016, Demolish & Build 2017 and Demolish & Build 2018.

We built an American Sign Language digital publishing system.I personally oversaw deployment at the Georgia School for the Deaf and the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind, the latter of which is the largest such school in the United States.I built a content purchase delivery system using the LAMP stack, and solved technical problems including multiplatform video playback in a Java Swing desktop applicaton using FFMPEG. I had my first exposure to multicore optimization and the challenges of targeting multiple CPU architectures.

This was my first technology job. I took over the maintainance of four websites for businessman in Rome, Georgia. We sold cars, horse trailers and horses on the internet.I took the opportunity to teach myself the LAMP stack. However, on exit, I converted everything to static files so my successor could maintain everything with Microsoft Frontpage.
