Responsible for leading the development, design, testing and deployment of military UAV systems such as MQ-9 Reaper and Gray Eagle. This position requires developing technical strategies, overseeing cross-departmental engineering teams, coordinating system design, integration, production and verification processes, and ensuring that products meet the stringent requirements of military customers and industry standards such as AS9100 and ITAR. The Senior Engineering Director also needs to balance technical innovation and project management, optimize resource allocation, solve high-complexity technical problems, and work closely with customers and senior management to promote efficient delivery and continuous improvement of UAV systems.

Responsible for leading an engineering team to participate in the design, development, testing and integration of military UAVs (such as MQ-9 Reaper, Gray Eagle). This position requires managing the daily operations of the team, allocating resources, developing technical plans, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that engineering designs meet military requirements and industry standards (such as AS9100 and ITAR). The Engineering Department Manager also needs to play a key role in cross-departmental collaboration, promote technological innovation, solve complex technical problems, support the growth of team members, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and with high quality to help achieve the company's strategic goals.

Responsible for managing the technical execution and delivery of military unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) research and development programs such as the MQ-9 Reaper or Gray Eagle. This position requires coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, developing project plans, allocating resources, and overseeing design, testing, integration, and validation to ensure that projects are completed on time, to a high quality level, and in compliance with customer requirements and industry standards such as AS9100 and ITAR. Project Engineering Managers also resolve technical challenges, manage project risks, maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery within budget.
