As an Administrative Coordinator, it's my responsibility to coordinate the care of our clients and train caregivers to provide top quality care. Through intense interviews, background and previous employment checks, we employ compassionate, dependable, and truly dedicated caregivers. It is vital to place the right caregiver with a client knowing the compatability will be 100%. Continuous follow ups with clients and caregivers regarding care provided and inquiring about any possible changes needed to clients care. As the scheduler, my responsibility is to communicate with clients and their families on days and times care is needed. Then schedule the right available caregiver for that client. Follow up with Clients regarding appointments to doctors or maybe just to have an outting. Provides 24 hour assistance when needed for all clients and caregivers.
