I am Comfort Oluwatosin Olugbami, the Realtor for the Young and daring.I was amongst the few students of Unilorin selected to undergo an exchange program at the Kenyatta university Parklands school of law, Kenya. The Department of Law, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. I am also the Founder of 1159 Realty, one of the fastest growing Real Estate Companies in Nigeria for Young investors. I am a lover of growth, development and discipline and I believe these are the prerequisites to achieving greater heights. At age 16, I made my first investment when I bought a piece of land after I discovered the life-changing principle which is Investment is the ONLY key to building and amassing wealth that will transcend generations. This is why I founded 1159 Realty out of the zeal and passion to see young people attain financial freedom by making profitable investments. At 1159, we bridge the gap between the capital intensiveness of the real estate industry and young investors. I have earned a reputation in Real Estate over the years having worked with notable real estate firms in Nigeria such as Dradrock Real Estate. As a young lawyer, I have worked in law firms such as Simmons Cooper, a law firm that has the Vice-President of Nigeria in person of Yemi Osinbajo as one of her partners. While studying, I was given many awards of recognition such as Entrepreneur of the year Award, One of the 27 Most Reputable Law Students, Outstanding Service as Christian Fellowship Executive 2020/2021. I have certifications from the School of Real Estate, Young Africans Leadership Initiative (YALI), Center for Social Awareness, Awareness, Advocacy and Ethnics, Maryland, USA and from other global reputable institutions. I have built my skills over the years in sales and marketing, strategic planning, business development and financial management. In the past 6 years as a realtor, I landed more than 150 clients and made millions in sales of real estate. I currently work as a Property Consultant at Springfield Properties in Dubai at the United Arab Emirates. I am detail-oriented, empathetic and highly focused when it comes to execution.
