I am an expert at supporting staff during periods of organizational change. Across my career, I have worked at two companies which underwent multiple acquisitions. Most recently, I transformed Gannett’s sales strategy from a focus on print to digital advertising by restructuring from a regional support structure to an opportunity-based support structure. By developing the sales team support structure and leading sales process design, we identified, influenced, and closed $311K+ in monthly new revenue within one quarter of launch, four months ahead of schedule. This ability to revitalize sales strategy is a strength I have carried with me throughout my career. At ReachLocal, I worked for nearly 10 years leading sales organizations with a focus on fundamental sales execution and process improvements which allowed for turning around declining sales organizations.
