Throughout my career, I’ve been hired or tasked to pioneer new positions, develop teams, create new campaigns, and build from the ground up. I work daily to “move the needle” in a positive direction for the organizations I serve.Since joining Temple College in January 2022, I’ve played a key role in driving our marketing and recruitment efforts, leading to notable enrollment growth: 22% in fall, 12.5% in spring, and 7.6% in summer. Our “Your Community’s College” campaign has successfully increased the College’s visibility and deepened our connections with the communities we serve.Central to our success is a strong focus on collaboration across the institution. We’ve worked to break down silos and create a team-driven framework. I’ve helped establish a campuswide Recruitment Task Force, launched and reimagined major events, and spearheaded new initiatives that build school spirit and drive recruitment and outreach.My approach is hands-on, working to empower our creative teams and foster a culture that’s united and focused on achieving our goals.Together, we are reshaping the Temple College brand, building brand consistency, and increasing visibility.
