I am an executive Communication Coach and corporate trainer. I founded "3V Communications" in 2007, which uses a holistic approach for communication skills development to help business leaders, consultants, entrepreneurs, managers and their teams. I coach clients in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, government and educational institutions, and have trained communication skills in Canada, USA, China, France, Russia, Armenia, Israel and Japan. I'm also Director of Int'l Programs as well as Program Advisor and Instructor with YEDI – the York Entrepreneurship Development Institute, and the Executive Director of the non-profit NCCA (Nat'l Communication Coaching Assoc.) Canada and a frequent conference speaker, including joining the TEDx speaker community in 2016.I'm a part-time instructor at York University since 2016, teaching in the HLLN programs, the 3MT pitch preparation course, and other business communications workshops.I completed university studies (B.A.) in sociology & psychology, and hold additional certifications in teaching English as a second language, body language analysis, coaching and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). I'm a member of HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association), TESL (Teachers of English as a Second Language) Ontario/Canada and ICF (International Coach Federation) Toronto Chapter. I completed my MBA in the summer of 2023!I write various blogs, articles and ebooks (found on Amazon), and am often quoted in the media, giving expert analysis of public speaking, body language and other communication techniques of professionals, politicians and celebrities.
