Dark or scrawled, hairy or tattooed with deformed and twisted patterns.My moods and my urges often draw my universe and it changes through the seasons. I like the piling up of shapes, objects and characters, crossing their paths to take a better look at themselves. Soulless for example. A kind of oblivion workers, their eyes are just an opening to the emptiness of their lives.My inspiration comes from the people I meet, the things I discover.Looking into the past, I am fascinated by the Art Nouveau era and by artists such as Klimt, Schiele or Mucha. But my interests are not limited to that time. They are many contemporary artists that I like, even if I am unable to give a precise list of them all.I am living not too far from Lille, in Northern France. Since 1999, I work as a illustrator freelance since 2003. Most of my clients come from cultural and institutional fields (TV channels, museums or government departments). I mainly work on the multimedia and print fields.
