I have worked in the Machining Industry for over 28 years. I have been mentored and educated on the skills I’ve gained from extensive research and direct on the job training from colleagues in this industry for well over 20 years. As a teenager I worked as an Inspector for an Aluminum Foundry and later became an apprentice learning CNC Machining after graduating high school at North Saint Paul High School back in 1995. I have over 24+ years experience as a CNC precision grinder and have worked with Studer Cylindrical CNC Grinders, Matsui Surface grinders and Kellenburger Swiss cylindrical grinding machines. I am currently working with a Puma CNC Vertical Lathe and Haas VF-4 Milling Center while doing complete setups and making very detailed parts from scratch. I use materials including Stainless Steel, Teflon and various others to produce in house products for a very respectable company in the pharmaceutical industry. I have taken on multiple roles throughout the years and gathered experience in many different career fields including… Sales, Cable Installation, Website Design and Computer Repair, GD&T, Precision CNC Machining, Tool and Die Technology, Precision CNC Cylindrical Grinding of OD/ID parts, Programming, CMM inspection and CNC Machining of Carbon Coded Mechanical Heart Valves in the Medical Industry, stainless steel and ceramic materials. Aluminum Core Mold Assembly, Quality Inspection. I am very advanced in Computer Technology including Software Management, Troubleshooting and Repair. I’ve worked with Data Storage Management, Magnetic Tape Head Manufacturing, including data processing. I am currently working with Cam Works and Multi-DNC software.
