As a Compliance Management Professional, I leverage my 25 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Fraud at UPS, where I held the position of U.S. Region Compliance Manager. I have four professional certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).My core competencies include developing and implementing compliance and ethics programs, policies, and procedures, conducting audits and risk assessments, creating and delivering training and communications, resolving ethical dilemmas and conflicts of interest, identifying and mitigating risk, conducting audits and other monitoring activities, and managing vendor relationships and contracts.
