Conduct Risk Assessments for unintentional PHI disclosure and applicable OCR Breach Reporting requirements.• Maintain all required credentials and licenses required to operate a Clinical Laboratory in the US.• Assess and guide the laboratory Accounts Receivable team in successful claims submissions, remittances, appeals and denials management for third-party insurances (including Medicare and Medicaid), and patient and client account statements.• Audit, monitor and identify Federal program overpayments and initiate self-disclosure and repayment of funds.• Oversee mandatory continuing education program and annual training requirements of staff at all levels.
