Seasonal/None core Team, Hair&Accessories Team-Follow up with overseas counterparts daily, help buyers to source new products, new suppliers in China. Look after new project development, monitoring each step in order to complete order timely.-Communicate with vendors and factories to ensure proper follow up on quotes,sampling, pre-production samples, packaging, production schedules and shipping dates.-Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best price, delivery schedules and product quality is achieved.-Factory site visits to ensure production is in line with approved samples and schedules,in line inspections.-Track and manage production processes properly to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates requirements.-Coordinate buying trip schedules and compliance, QA and logistics activities.
