Trainer in a large law firm, working directly with Staff and Lawyers. My role is a mix of educator, instructor, best practices and productivity coach, skills assessor, and training material designer. As part of the training team, the trainer will prepare and deliver training to personnel in virtually all of the firm’s offices, either through video.

• Trained approximately 1500 county employees on computer applications and assisted the helpdesk with escalated technical hardware and software problems.
• Taught Basic computer skills, forms creation using Acrobat Pro, flow charts using Microsoft Visio, Outlook 2007, Excel 2003, Excel 2007, Word 2003, Word 2007, PowerPoint 2003, and Windows XP, GroupWise.
• Implemented a Timesheet logging system, using Excel, which resulted in simplifying the time keeping logs and saving the company over 10 hours per week.
• Promoted improvement of business process while training. Encouraged participants to be on the lookout for time consuming tasks and to request a meeting with one of our I.T. members to assist in improving their business.
• Received and responded to helpdesk questions not resolved within 15 minutes. Provided employees with the immediate help needed to improve our business process.
• Remotely troubleshot and installed applications using VNC, and SMS.
