Previously, I was a Strategic Initiatives Managers within the HR department at BMO. As an SI Manager, I planned and led HR projects in support of the Technology, Operations and Corporate Area (TOCA) business units. In this role, I had the distinct opportunity to serve as the point-person from TOCA HR on two acquisitions. I also created, from scratch, a dashboard with key HR metrics that highlighted HR’s contribution to the achievement of business goals, supported by in-depth data slides, that were used in quarterly meetings between the TOCA HR Director and the various Chief Officers of BMO Harris Bank, N.A. Other significant projects in support of diversity and inclusion (D&I), succession planning, manager development and organization design filled my time.Prior to BMO, all my work experience was from the management consulting service lines of three of the four “Big 4” consulting firms. I also worked for Slalom Consulting (Chicago) when it was an office of 100 (now over 700).Outside of work, I spend the majority of my time with my wife playing with our two fun and energetic daughters (ages 7 and 5), staying in shape for a variety of running race distances (5k, 10k, 10-mile, Ragnar races) and obstacles course races, and I am a decent-but-not-great golfer.
