• By profession I am a Chartered Structural Engineer and have worked in engineering consultancy for many years in UK and Ireland. I have worked on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial projects.• I have worked with Adlington Retirement Living (Subsidiary of Gladman Group) as their Principal Development Engineer. My role was to complete site appraisals on prospective sites and identify abnormal enabling and construction costs. In addition to this I managed the collaboration of multi-disciplinary design and construction teams which took projects from inception though to completion. This experience realised my passion for site appraisal, concept design and real estate development.• I now run Novel Properties which develops small residential and commercial sites. I also assist landowners in solving their property problems and maximising a sites potential by developing viable commercial and residential schemes. Evidence based decision making underpins everything we do.
