Role:• Reporting to the Manager, Information Services, my role is to coordinate the activities of the IT Infrastructure unit, with a special focus on fulfilling the commitments outlined in the IT Infrastructure Unit Work Plan.• Contract management• Vendor management including the following Tier 1 vendors o Telstrao VMwareo Dello HPo Ciscoo Microsoft• Ticket management with emphasis on achieving SLA.• Procurement• Maintenance of Asset Register• Maintenance of Risk Register• Maintenance of IT Infrastructure Application version register• Policy writingAchievements:• Core switch upgrade. Role:• Reporting to the IT Operations Specialist, Information Services, my role as a member of IT Infrastructure team is to manage Azure public cloud, on-prem server infrastructure consisting of Windows Server OS and Windows 10 workstations, VMware virtual infrastructure, storage, compute, Microsoft 365, remote access, anti-virus, and web proxy and backups. Ticket management with emphasis on achieving SLA.· Project resourceAchievements:· Deployed MS Teams to the organization.· Maintained IT Security across our server and workstation fleet to level N.· Storage Area Network (SAN) refresh.
