* Over 26 years working experience in the field of engineering with 19 years for Building Services Engineering, 7 years focusing on waste management and over 13 years at senior management position.* During the service in Building Services Engineering, the first 4 years were spent in the Housing Department as Works Supervisor experiencing Building Services maintenance works in public housings.* Having gained solid experience of maintenance works, the remaining 15 years were spent in 3 consultant firms of different scales and market sectors for Building Services design and management of new construction and refurbishment projects.* The scope of services in consultant firms covered plumbing & drainage, fire services and air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems.* The completed projects basically included all types of development such as residential buildings, office buildings, hotel complex and large scale exhibition centre.* The latest 7 year of my career life was switched to solid waste management in the Asia Region including major cities in Mainland China, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore.* Fluent in verbal English, Cantonese & Mandarin; elementary in Japanese.* Proficient in written English and Chinese; elementary in Japanese.Specialties: * In-depth industry knowledge and experience in Asia region*.
