I used to be an elementary school teacher because I have a passion for helping people discover what's possible and learn new things. In an effort to make a salary that could support a family, I took that passion into B2B sales, to a company that shares the same values that I have when it comes to helping people. Sales is a different industry than teaching, but the concepts remain the same. Helping someone discover and learn that their job can be less stressful, and their day-to-day doesn't have to be so difficult; that's a new passion of mine. Helping someone have that 'aha-moment' when they understand they can run their business more smoothly, and be more efficient with their time; that's also a new passion of mine. I have even bigger passions that have remained the same, and even grown. Treating people with respect because they're human. Working with integrity because the people I work with deserve that. And working for a company that believes these principles, too, makes all the difference in the world.
