It has over one million registered users on the site, with over 200,000 advertisements being placed every month.My part-time role was primarily focused on resolving disputes over transactions, by advising and mediating as effectively as possible. My duties included:• Assisting users to edit their ads• Removing inappropriate material and • Ensuring that fair and proper items were being sold.
