As a co-founder of the Open Source Ventilator (OSV) project, I helped establish and scale one of the fastest-growing open-source hardware movements in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our initiative rapidly grew to over 7,000 contributors within two weeks, demonstrating the power of community collaboration in developing critical healthcare solutions.I led key efforts in software development, mechanical design, and electronics integration, contributing to the creation of low-cost ventilators and medical devices. Our focus was on addressing supply shortages and supporting medical professionals with innovative, open-source alternatives.
