As Head of Education Support, I work to promote inclusive practices that enable the diverse range of learners to successfully access the curriculum and participate in the full range of opportunities offered at the school. As facilitator of the Learning Support Program, I aim to:• improve the learning outcomes and environment for students with additional needs• implement and maintain a whole school approach to address the specific needs of students with additional learning needs• provide skills, strategies and a support network to enhance learning, social and emotional outcomes for students with additional learning needs.

As Housemaster a Vertical Boarding House with 60 students my duty is to safeguard and ensure the health and welfare of the boarders under my care while creating a harmonious atmosphere favourable to their personal, academic, moral and social development.
