Production Charge-hand & Cover Production Supervisor– Cranswick Country Foods PLCMay 2023 – PresentAlthough a side step in departments, I’ve quickly managed to grasp the processes of production, applying my technical knowledge to achieve BRC & CCFN standards from day 1 of the role. Working within a department at which was greatly lacking skilled & core staff at the time of my implementation, I quickly strengthened the core of the team. Bringing out advantageous qualities of staff and reshuffling to embed a solid foundation to the department.Understanding that the area of my work is within the preparation area, and that the production side can only achieve high output depending on my areas output, we quickly diversified the roles & reorganised to grant the ability to work with full haste & still achieve all specification requirements.I’m still looking for something where I can apply my accumulated project skills, diverse knowledge of technical, operating & production skills and systems. I’m certain that I can do greater work and that there’s a position for me somewhere that’ll challenge me more.
