VSSES is a joint venture between 3 reputable corporations including Sembcorp Industries (Sembcorp); Becamex IDC Corporation (Becamex IDC) and Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park J.V.Co (VSIP).VSSES develops and implements rooftop solar solutions and other smart urban energy solutions in VSIP’s various integrated townships and industrial parks, as well as Becamex-owned industrial parks and facilities in Vietnam.We are proud to be the vanguard of new developments and technological advancements in sustainable energy.*Main Duties:- CUSTOMER SERVICE: 50%+ Work closely with O&M and Finance department on electricity bill notices from/to local authorities (EVN) and customers.+ Maintain relationships with customers/tenants of buildings.+ Maintain a proper billing system and payment request formats.+ Maintain a register of customer accounts and regularly update them.+ Channel’s representative for customer queries.+ Handle complaints, and requirements from the clients.+ Follow up closely with payments due from customers.+ Assist in presentation and marketing efforts for the company’s services to customers.- MARKETING: 40%+ Create content direction and develop content (in English and Vietnamese) for all marketing channels (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, PR, Email Marketing, etc.), ensuring a proper mix of content types.+ Manage company’s website and social channels.+ Develop content for company materials such as Brochure, Folder, Presentation, etc.+ Work with internal/external to execute specific campaigns or events.+ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand the market and industry.+ Identify new trends and opportunities to improve content quality for better engagement.- 10% Other duties as assigned.

*Education Industry*Main roles: - Impart critical English language skills through intentional classroom discussion- Create engaging lesson plans that encourage student participation- Employ learning materials that feature diverse voices and perspectives- Assess student progress through classroom observation and grading work- Communicate classroom culture, protocols, and procedures- Foster motivation, resilience, and intellectual curiosity in students

* MICE Industry| WTC BDNC is a new destination for international trade activities in the SKEZ of Vietnam. *Main Duties: - Plan & monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Fb, Linkedin etc) and website.- Collaborate with designers to make catalogue, brochure, banner, etc for marketing campaigns.- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytic tools. - Launch optimized online advertising to increase brand awareness.- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update web.- Maintain partnerships with local newspaper, and vendors. - Be actively involved in SEO optimization. - Make post show report & write an event newsletter. - Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth work flow and performance.

*Education Industry*Main Duties: - Plan & monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Fb, Tiktok).- Coordinate and develop multimedia contents for event communication and activities. - Design and produce event collaterals, both in print and digital media. - Provide creative ideas for content marketing. - Coordinate with event specialists to produce event highlights/ recap videos.- Maintain archives of artwork files, design assets, and photos of post show items for reference.- Work other tasks as required.
