Head Of Visual Assets
At the beginning of my journey throughout this job experience, I was hired to make part of a small team of 3D Artists, in the genesis of the company. At that time, the core business of the startup was photo realistic renders of shoes for the brand SWEAR London.With the company growth and new luxury brands arriving with challenging and demanding projects, there was the need for scaling and replicating outputs, and I was selected to manage this transition and the new formed Visual Assets team (Designers and 3D Artists).My biggest challenge as Head of Visual Assets was leaving the technical aspect of the 3D and starting selecting new team members, teaching, leading and motivating them.I also faced other challenges related with the development of a specific internal 3D pipeline for each project with the goal of speeding up the production, preserving the coherency of outputs. Despite that, the new projects were very satisfying because I was able to enter the world of brands that I always personally appreciate. It allowed me to transfer my personal passion to my work without any extra effort, creating very high-quality digital assets of luxury products appreciated all over the world.
