CONSTRUCTION DIVISIONLabor and data collection work in the area of highway maintenance, survey, construction and inspection of roadway, bridge, and other transportation structures; overseeing all contract labor, administering inspection/metrics to all aspects of work, ensuring state compliance requirements.

Environment:Corporate national healthcare equipment and Deploy AMS Software (Maximo), Thin Client, Scanner and PDA equipment to over 250 of their national offices across the United States. coordinating entire process throughout duration of deployment.* Tracked and maintained inventory of all equipment that were received at the clients corporate headquarters, resolving any discrepancies.* Coordinated with each office the regarding preparation and shipment of their equipment, ensuring that the office had taken the proper steps to prepare for the installation of such equipment.* Unpacked and configured all equipment in preparation for shipment.* Full diagnostics, testing, implementation, documentation, and follow-up evaluation conducted on AMS (Maximo) Project for all levels of management. * Troubleshot and added additional capabilities following initiation.  * All correspondence between American HomePatient and software vendors mediated and orchestrated within implementations, planning further evaluations and implementations to be conducted in the future.* Tracked the shipment and receipt of all equipment to and from client.

Responsibilities:Monitor security, virus protection, backups, disaster planning assistance, telecommunications, email, internet access, file and print services, web and intranet sites and reporting, remote access for staff/clients, and other service-based technologies.Projects:* Technical support and project coordination provided for the Hummingbird Bi Query software throughout the HR department. This is an ongoing project that encompasses relational databases (DB2) between the State of Tennessee and TRICOR, creating a reporting environment for accessing and analyzing enterprise data sources, while allowing users to easily create ad hoc queries.* Full diagnostics, testing, implementation, documentation, and follow-up evaluation initiated on SalesLogix Project for all Marketing management and sales team. Set up included updates to existing servers and synchronizing with existing sales software. Project included desktop, notebook, and wireless hardware utilization. Also, conducted training, troubleshooting, and added additional capabilities following initiation. * Full diagnostics, testing, implementation, documentation, and follow-up evaluation conducted on GoalCentrix Project for all top level management. Set up included dedicated server setup and some database setup. Also, conducted training, troubleshooting, and added additional capabilities following initiation.  All correspondence between TRICOR and software vendor mediated and orchestrated. Further evaluation and implementations to be conducted in the future. *Received top Letter of Appreciation for work on this project.* IP security policies on user workstations collaborated, developed, tested and implemented for a Department of Safety project, allowing secure control of internet activity and IP address accessibility. Initially implemented four highly restricted worstations successfully, then, implemented statewide with varied restrictive capabilities of different workstations.
