Working with iDream Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd as Head-Design & Projects-Corporate Interiors since July 2008 on corporate interiors fit-out projects. iDream is an International Class Corporate Interior Design and Architectural Firm offering its services across India. Being the Head of Design Projects the responsibility starts from due diligence to handover the project.Interacting with internal team of Designers, 3D Visualizer & project team & guide them to preparation of all the necessary drawings such as preliminary layouts, conceptual themes, presentations drawings, 3D views, detailed drawings, costing, preparation of project schedule and finalization of vendors etc. Timely discussing with the clients and making them aware of cost effective possibilities & adjusting to the taste & requirement of the client. Preparing the BOQ’s & Estimate of the project.Project Management & employing the qualified contractors by tendering etc.Attending weekly project meeting with client & contractors, Preparation of weekly site report, minutes of meeting & having timely meeting with the contractors & foreman’s etc to know about the problems & respective solutions, for completion of job in the stipulated time.

• Worked with Assarain Group of Companies (Assarain Furnishing LLC) as ‘Sr. Interior Designer’ on large scale office projects. The job responsibility was to prepare layout plans, conceptual sketches, rendering of design ideas in form of paste ups, detail drawings, 3d views, estimates, material requirements and presentation of design for approval.
