Main function is design of CNC tooling and progressive stamping dies. Main software is Solidworks, Pro-E, AutoCad 2000, AutoCad 3D, and Anvil 2D programming. I have full capability in all of the above listed software. Fluent in all aspect of the machining world dealing with all material types. I also have a wide range of machine design front to back dealing with electronics, air logic, and mechanics. Secondary function is program manager for leading automotive supply companys such as Visteon, Delphi, Hitachi, Cooper Standard, and Micro Electronics Inc. Also deal with the Gov't on many leading inovation in the security field, arms field, as well as general construction. I have also dealt in nuclear programs funded by the national Gov't. Wide range of experience in consumer products from implimentation to launch.

Promoted in 2007 , lead the Maintenance department until 2008. Moved up to Program Management for our automotive customer, and also accept the responsibility of leading the Maintenance department. Even with my promotion, I still maintain my normal design engineer position.

Promoted to Engineering Manager in 2011. Responsible for 3 designers, including myself. I still maintain design duties as before, but now also handle the Program Management and program implantation. Responsible for meeting deadlines, objectives and budget. I also lead the APAQ part of the newer QMS quality system. In 2019 I took on the responsibility of leading the state-accredited apprenticeship for Elecro-Mechanical technology training.A key part of my duties is providing 3D concepts to customers prior to receiving an order, as well as quoting the concept to the customer. Working along side our talented team of designers......I am able to offer new ideas that help innovate the industry with creativity, dedication to the industry, as well as advancements in technology.

Brought Andover to the forefront of technology by integrating PLC's and PLC logic to most all secondary equipment. Worked to get rid of most relay based logic with installation of integrated touch screens and Allen-Bradly electronics. With this new technology, we were able to error-proof machinery and decrease secondary process related rejects.Worked with outside vendors to produce secondary equipment, approved design plans and implemented secondary equipment. This is where I planted my roots as a designer.I was also the lead engineer for the paint lines, and secondary paint systems. Fluent in programming of ABB paint robots (certified by ABB-Michigan HQ). I was granted many certificates of achievement by PPG paint systems for my continuous insight to their new paints, as well as innovation in application procedures. I ended my career at Andover by working in the R&D department to test and prototype new racking systems for the paint line, helped to innovate the injection molding of EPP. Andover Industries filed bankruptcy in late 2004.
