• Oversee a staff of approximately 15 employees both in the home office and in the field • Responsible for all aspects encompassing the Sales, Leasing, and Marketing of 2500 units, in 15 buildings of a best-in-class multi-family residential portfolio • Work with all departments of Organization including Management, Leasing, Accounting, and Legal with objective of optimizing Operations both internally and externally • Plan all advertising and marketing campaigns, media buying, and overall strategy to ensure optimal return on investment through completion of goals • Negotiate contracts with outside vendors i.e. Streeteasy, apartments.com, Insurent, The Guarantors, Tenant Alert, etc. • Create original content for the new website: copywriting, art direction, and research • Collaborate with Advertising Agencies to implement attractive Marketing pieces such as E-Blasts, Website, Digital and Print Advertising • Analyze & evaluate SEO, PPC Campaigns, and Google Analytics • Conduct aggressive broker outreach campaigns, frequently visiting both large and small brokerages across the city to maintain optimal and advantageous relationships with the brokerage community • Create & implement unique promotional and marketing campaigns; work with Concierge to promote lifestyle marketing to residents; frequently organize and host broker events to promote properties • Broker unsold condo & co-op Sponsor Units • Conduct Market Analysis and create Comparative Reports to help determine pricing and concessions • Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress of residential units • Oversee the process of new leases, including evaluation of credit reports, supporting documentation, and lease execution • Responsible for hiring, training, staffing, and scheduling of Leasing Team
