Reporting directly to the Finance Director of the Group:• Advice on the tax criteria adopted by the Group, formed by 30 companies with different activities (press, magazines, TV, radio and distribution, among others).• Corporate Income tax Group (21 companies) and VAT Group (18 companies).• Design and implement tax planning policies.• Supervise the fulfilment of tax obligations.• Leader of the implementation of the SII system.• Research, analysis and interpret changing tax legislation.• Reorganization and corporate restructuring operations.• Tax advisory services regarding to tax proceedings either before the Spanish Tax authorities or before the Spanish Courts, leading all the relations with the Spanish Tax Authorities.• Tax advisory services for other departments, analyzing both the direct and indirect tax implications derived from the raised questions.• Responsible for the tax reporting to the Italian parent company of the Group.• Control and check of deferred tax assets.• Coordination of annual Transfer Pricing documentation including financial data analysis and liaison with commercial teams and external adviser.• Tax advice with regards to the international mobility of employees, with special consideration to tax planning.• Coordinate the tax advice of the different group companies in Spain. • Leader of the implementation of an electronic invoicing project for all companies of the group.

• Advice group companies in the following areas: Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Non Residents Income Tax and Personal Income Tax.• Responsible for the Group tax filing obligations.• Assistance in tax inspection procedures including the preparation of the relevant appeals when necessary and relationships with the Tax Authorities.• Continuous review of tax and statutory legislation to identify relevant changes: analyse impact and communicate to business partners.• Manage tax audits.• Analysis of the tax implications derived from all types of contracts.• Advice in company restructuring process (negotiation, due diligence).• Tax planning projects for the group.• General tax consultancy services to corporations and coordination with the rest of the departments.

• Recurrent tax advisory services to national and international companies, analyzing both the direct and indirect tax implications.• Tax advice to tax groups for Corporate Income tax purposes.• Tax advisory regarding reorganization and corporate restructuring operations.• Tax advisory services regarding to tax proceedings either before the Spanish Tax authorities or before the Spanish Courts.• Responsible for tax proceedings and audits.• Preparation of tax due diligence reports for acquisitions and transfers of all kinds of entities and assets.
