I am an active, optimistic, hard-working, honest and committed person who seeks new challenges to develop professionally.I have a multidisciplinary experience where I developed different skills and fulfilled a variety of tasks. During the last year I had the opportunity to work in a Digital Product and learn some basics about Agile culture and Scrum development, among them:· Teamwork: Understand the importance of Retrospectives so the team can continuously grow and development process continuously enhance, participate in plannings to help the DEV team to achieve focus understanding the Sprint's goal, respect my teammates with their opinion to achieve better results and learn to adapt redirecting focus when results expectations are not met.· Scrum Development Process: test in UAT environment the new features to be deployed, ensure that the quality of the Digital Product remains stable with regression tests, discover and describe potential bugs on the code for the team.· Agile Product Enhancement: get customers' feedback often, understand functional requirements, make feedback visible for the Product Manager and DEV team, define items and User Stories and measure priority and urgency between those.· Design stage: urban planning, interior design, refurbishments, etc.· Construction stage: preparing budgets and working within a bill of quatities, construction details, supplier management in construction materials companies, etc.· Financial and administrative: valuation and cadastral, urban and financial assessment, marketing, customer acquisition and web design.This professional experience has led me to develop skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication skills, proactivity and patience. I aim to build on these skills and gain other ones in future jobs. I speak English and Slovenian.
