Key Responsibilities:• Provider Contract Management including document flow and template management• Network Adequacy Monitoring for Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial Exchange products including Washington State Public Option. • Provider Network Regulatory Reporting and Audits for State Agencies, • Provider Network Operations including: new contract processing and loading, Medicare provider data maintenance and loading, building workflows, credentialing, and provider contract filing with State Agencies.• Communication with Executive Leadership and Corporate partners

Key responsibilities include:• Focus on Workers’ Compensation, Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income and Federal Employees Compensation Act claims. • Represent injured workers in state and federal workers’ compensation matters needing assistance obtaining medical benefits and/or time-loss compensation. • Communicate with physicians regarding client’s physical limitations and medical conditions, depositions of expert witnesses, the taking of live testimony at hearings in front of Administrative Law Judges as well negotiating settlements in the best interest of my clients. • Obtain Social Security Disability and Supplement Security Income benefits on behalf of disabled claimants who can no longer work because of their disabilities.
