Increased resin utilization by 3% to lower expenditure cost by $1.5M year to date.-- Integrated EPICOR MATTEC into the production process to enhance process monitoring to reduce PPM from 60,800 to 14,000.-- Created the infrastructure to track & execute plant wide cost reduction and part profitability projects that will collectively reduce ‘Cost of Goods Sold’ (COGS) by 5% (i.e. $6M) per year.-- Developed tooling, equipment, check fixtures / gage design, build & approval standards and incorporated RJG ‘eDART FLX’ Cavity Injection Pressure & Temperature Transducers to eliminate process variation and quality defects.
