As a seasoned project manager in the entertainment and amusement industry, I have successfully completed several projects in the last 5 years. These include:- HEXaFLITE Flying Theater 72 Kunming in Sunac Park Kunming (from Dec. 2017 to Dec. 2019)- HEXaFLITE Flying Theater 72 Chengdu in Sunac Park Dujiangyan (from June 2018 to Sept. 2020)- FunRide 21 in Happy Valley Chongqing (from Apr. 2020 to Mar. 2022)In each of these projects, I was responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from procurement to final commissioning and handover on site. I oversaw all aspects of the projects, including internal and external communications, production, shipping, and installation. Through effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members, I ensured that each project was completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
