- Define labor cost, production process during new product introduction and for the improvement.- Factory layout: design for new production line and for the improvement.- Line capacity calculation.- Line balancing and WIP control to improve the working flow and output- Working on routing control to create new Routing when have new project and change when an improvement release successfully. - Analysis problems and making DOE to change, optimize, re-arrange the process to meets the quality and efficiency in the production floor.- Provide solutions for problem solving come from cross function in term of IE.- Work with CI team(production, quality, ME, NPI) to implement Kaizen activities to optimize the labor cost, productivity, routing saving activities.- R&D for the competitive products, material, working method.- Define and maintain standard of process (Workstation, Control Plan /Work Instruction/ Reaction Plan,...).- Driving team to achieve the target saving.- Follow up and keep track of daily task and monthly report. - Training and coaching for technician and Engineer to achieve the department requirement.

- Responsible for the product and process development about Automotive product by using Composite materials.- Analysis problems and making DOE to change, optimize, re-arrange the process to meets the quality and efficiency in the production floor.- Participate in corrective action requests, root cause analysis, problem-solving teams as related to issues affecting the project by using SPC, MSA, FMEA.- Responsible for the documentation, WI and SOP and release training for operator about working method for new and old product to reach the quality requirement.- Supporting the production department for in the Pilot and Ramp up Phase and Improvement of projects.- R&D for the competitive products, material, working method, machines at painting process- Define and maintain standard of process (Control Plan /Work Instruction/ Reaction Plan, ...), conduct and maintain FMEA.- Startup & monitor Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) to achieve cost, quality & volume target. Conduct study & research in lab.- Cooperate with related department to solve production issues.- Involve in flexible operation release (internal release) to fulfil customer demand- Key Team Member from the Project Cross Function Team- Support Project team to get the PPAP Documents at painting process.- Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.

Bien Hoa City

- Manage an Industrials Engineer group in a factory. - Monitor and continuously improve daily quality/efficiency performance for assigned areas. - Design and procure production tooling, processing equipment. - Establish production standard (technical and quality) and production process(layout). - Create projects for new products. - Making sample for new product to evaluate and solve problem before mass production. - Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks. - Support machine installation with the production line technician. - Create work instructions to train workers and technicians. - Patrol around the production line to find and solve problems. - Improve working methods in production line. - Evaluate production capacity based on collected data. - Calculation of the standard time of a product and of each process to give the production standard time. - Good solving problems based on experience, 5 WHY analysis and 7 IE tools. - Using LEAN knowledge to improve production line. - Other tasks assigned.
