CurrentScope: • • Manage Solution Architect team cross 5 different BU (Information management/Platform Management/IAM/Date Protection/ End User Management) to drive rapid new business revenue growth in China;• Build and drive sales strategy with Sales team for the region to effectively Go-To-Market including understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength in the region;• Account management activities include development of account strategy, high-level presentations, problem resolution, relationship development, and coordination of corporate resource involvement with the top prospects in China;• Actively engage in region planning, relationship development and opportunity development and driving revenue by guiding the Solution Architect team in closing opportunities;• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to build a high caliber team to drive excellence;• Review of resource utilization, planning for specialized coverage of all major sales activity areas and review of the resource matching process;• Manage all the ongoing major projects to ensure the accuracy of sales forecast and pipeline to achieve of team goals on a quarterly and annual basis report; Achievements:• Recruit and maintain a stable Solution Architect team with an 8 years average length of service.• Achieve a 150%~200% YoY revenue growth for Microsoft Platform management solutions in China with very limited resource.• Developed new strategic alliance with Microsoft, Huawei and other top SIs in China.• Build effective working relationships with Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, R&D, Product manager, Marketing and the executive team and help to bring about numerous product enhancements based on the market trends in China.
