• Managed planning and control of production, logistics systems of 50 different pharmaceutical products;
• Managed the implementation of MRP II QANTEL package on the QANTEL system with a team of 2 power users;
• Established GL, AP, AR, Trial Balance, Sales & Purchase Order Systems, and Production Logistics Databases; established manufacturing plans, monthly & weekly MPS & MRP requirements;
• Evaluated forecasting techniques, monitored and analysed sales variances; developed product costing system, multi-location warehouse distribution systems, inventory policies and configured system parameters;
• Reduced inventory from $ 2M to $1.2M in the first 6 months of MRP II implementation and improved customer service from 75% to 90%.
