I'm currently training at NPower Canada’s UX program and will be graduating inSeptember 2022 with a Google UX Design Professional Certificate and a focus in UX/UI design. In my current job, I work as a delivery driver where I efficiently organized my packages to be found upon arrival to customer’s house to not waste delivery time. I was also able to proficiently navigate the app program used by drivers to trouble shoot to fix any issue that came up during delivery.I'm interested in an entry-level position in the tech industry, whether it's internship or a beginner’s role.My Specialties include:● Excelled in a fast-paced environment to maintain accurate timeline for job completion.● Flexible with an ever-changing work timeline to keep the job on track.● Willingness to call and interact with the customer to ensure that delivers were accurate resulted in appreciation and mood increase for customers.● Proficient in a 2nd language (Vietnamese).
