• Lead the project team responsible for providing regional analytics support for key Mega Campaigns (e.g. 11.11 Sale), spanning six countries and including real-time tracking of performance to drive business decisions during the entire campaign period • Perform end-to-end analysis (e.g. data querying, data processing, visualisation, presentation) of the performance of Lazada sellers and seller programs to identify opportunities to better support seller growth, using various tools such as Python and SQL.• Serve as the group assortment analysis expert, responsible for developing definitions and criteria for metrics to evaluate the quality and quantity of Lazada product assortment. These definitions are regularly updated and cascaded to business teams for target-setting, management reporting and seller engagement purposes.

• Led a team in performing end-to-end analysis (e.g. data querying, data processing, modelling, visualisation, presentation) of the demographic profile, physical activity and reward redemption behaviours of more than 2 million participants of healthy lifestyle programmes (e.g. National Steps Challenge), using multiple tools including Python, SQL, MS Power BI.• Developed a Random Forest Classifier prediction model on Python for six key HPB and SportSG exercise programmes/facilities to uncover opportunities to cross-sell these programmes/facilities to potential new users. Achieved test accuracy and precision of 85% and 94% respectively.• Developed an unsupervised customer segmentation model, using K-Means Clustering algorithm on Python, to identify distinct clusters of NTUC FairPrice customers based on their grocery purchase patterns to identify opportunities to improve sales of Healthier Choice products.• Designed and conducted multiple A/B experiments and pilots to evaluate the effectiveness of different user-engagement features (e.g. personalised push-notification messages), so as to better inform the development of HPB lifestyle programmes.

• Managed the scrapyard staff and operations (11 members), including stock-takes and facility maintenance without disruption to Meltshop operations.• Led a scrap optimisation initiative based on weekly optimisation of scrap prices and yield using the Value-In-Use model, increasing production yield from 90% to 92% in the span of 12 months.• Led the Business Process Study and IT automation projects of the Meltshop operations, which resulted in a reduction of 80% of the manual reports and data entry activities.
