- Site survey for BTS’ s new sites in the North and negotiate for signing BTS site rental contracts, as with: Post Offices, Radio Television Station, Management of High Buildings, State-owned company, private house….- Guide, supervise contractors, sub-contractors during BTS deploy contracts.- Check, supervision quantity, quality, time schedule of BTS implementing of contractors (transmission, electric, equipment, etc.).- During implementing, make and keep good relationship with local authorities, VNPT, Viettel, EVN, HT, TV station.- Treat, solve difficult problem while implementing (complaint of people, cell site owner makes trouble, trouble from local government, etc.).- Organizer and carry out acceptance test.- Work with agencies of Information and Telecommunication Ministry, People Health Ministry to measure, verify quality of BTS….- Take charge about technical in bid management.
