• Working with Facility team including facilities’s specialist, facility manager and QCC team to design efficient PUD routes, PUD routes looping and manage PUD routes that provide best productivity and economics that fit Lazada Logistic Operations operating model.• Monitor and follow up daily PUD performance in view of route maintenance/design:- Highlight and address issues related to below par performance, prepare and execute the corrective action plans.- Review the pattern of the service failure and seek for service recovery and re-design the PUD routes to fix the problem sustainably.- Working closely with relevant stakeholder to understand issues related to seller’s & buyer’sexperiences impact and working on preventive action to improve TSAT / NPS score in overall- Actively involved in development to improve route performance from time to time as a continues process to ensure the routes designed as re up to date with the current volume.• Leading projects to install new PUD route operations, adjust what we do now, and implement management processes for effective route operations and management.• Coaching, Mentoring and training the PUD route maintenance team to develop the career path and achieve high levels of customer service, good economics and effective operations through best in practice of route designing and implementation.• Understanding Logistic Operations’s operating model in order to move from where we are now to effectively integrated pickup, delivery and return activities into one multi-purpose-facility operations.• And other obligations and duties of the Employee which are assigned by the person authorized of the Company.

Obligations and duties of the Employee includes, but not limited to the following obligations and duties:• Manage the daily operations of all of the hubs through supervision of dispatchers, supervisors, leads and all hub staff.• Oversee the direction of the delivery staff of trucks and motorcycles and work closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure professional delivery and pickup operations.• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in all hub facilities.• Manage mother hub recruiting efforts, delivery staff administration and ensure freight visibility in journey update, returns, delivery completion reports and dispatch route sheets for pickup.• Maintain control of the COD process and oversee delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash.• Ensure load delivery to the mini hubs happens on time and with precision.• Lead the troubleshooting efforts from the mother hub, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity.• Train new employee as well as regular sessions along with the Training team and the internal document• Based on the company and the department KPIs, set goal for each individual and have plan to develop potential employee and other obligations and duties of the Employee which are assigned by the person authorized of the Company.

- Manage the daily activities and performance of dispatchers and route drivers.- Ensure completion of daily routes, and ensure that all productivity goals are met or exceeded.- Hire, train and manage route supervisiors for the effective oversight and management of route on a day-to-day basis.- Diversify the route pickup fleet to accomadate changes in the route profile, effective use of assets and improved economics and service levels.- Perform and conduct performance evaluations, monitor and track employee attendance, complete disciplinary actions/meetings and all other required documentation relating to performance management.- Oversee personnel needs of the line of business to ensure an adequately trained workforce to meet collection requirements is maintained.- In charge of allocating Sellers to Lazada Logistics network & work closely with Management team and OPS system team to enhance system logic for automation route allocation.- Enable strategic planning and optimized customer coverage during high peak seasons such as holidays, promotion campaigns and sale period when there is surge in volume.- Other duties as assigned by direct manager.

Vietnam

• Supervises day-to-day pickup operation, complete 100% of pickup assigned to routes daily, packages picked up are free from damage, complete handover of packages to sortation and reconciliation done with the team leader by end of the day, as assigned. • Assigns employees to balance workload. Arranges alternate coverage of service in case of employee absence or equipment failure. • Monitors work to ensure efficient and effective operations. Observes operational practices and enforces safety policies and procedures. Makes recommendations for process improvement, including changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of operations. • Makes recommendations for rate adjustments, ensure Operations team remain within cost targets and seek means by which to manage costs whilst maintaining/improving service and productivity levels • Generates and analyses operational reports and make recommendations as appropriate for necessary action and improvement. • Investigates and reports on worker injuries, accidents, and other incidents, maintains time records and manages attendance issues, provides timely feedback. • Investigates and resolves inquiries and complaints related to pickup operations promptly & timely. • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. • Monitors and tests system new features, gives recommendation to related departments for process improvement. • Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Drop off and Pickup QA• Supervising and improving the Drop off and Pickup process• Making sure that COTs of pickup, shuttle and drop off is on time daily• Contacting to Sellers to investigate deeply about the issues and having solutions to prevent mistakes: High failed rate, Pickup men or drop off staffs bad attitude or not follow process• Coordinate with Dispatching to have daily performance review, coach rider to prevent issues• Support Dispatching to roll out new process/project and follow up completion progress2. Following and resolving the issues from Sellers based on Information of PSC, OVPM and Dispatching Route team• Sending Weekly Gemba Report and discussing to Dispatching team and Route Design for improving the speed of pickup• Having feedback about issues of Pickup and Drop off to PSC, OVPM and Sellers• Identify pickup issue and pro-actively suggest solution for pickup improvement3. People management• Take care and support the HR problems for Route team• Monitor rider performance to make sure that rider meet productivity target and lead time• Monthly incentive report4. Controlling and checking status of packages on System OMS and PMS• Find out mismatch information between PMS and OMS: Pickup provider and status of packages• Cancellation Report .5. Others task assigned by Management of Route Team.

- Direct manage and supervise daily operation of warehouse in all activities of receiving, delivering, storing for raw materials, packing materials, medicines and finished goods, ensure safety and hygine environment - Control the shrinkage of materials, semifinished goods and finished goods in accordance with company’s policies.- Keep update information to related departments for stock balance of materials, packing and ingredient changes if any. Execute regularly stocktaking, reconciling variance and data input.Closely work with CSA and RMS Department in making production planning and do adjustment upon the market fluctuation.- Maintain store area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending for improvement. Keep the store in good conditions to minimize the expansion of insert effected in accordance with HACCP’s requirement.- Participate in meetings with other departments regarding the resolutions of on-going production issues and the implementation of new projects, new procedures and processes, co-ordinating with other functional department in regular evaluation of HACCP and energy and material saving and recycle process reduction.
