• Created solutions and developed programs to increase efficiency while maintaining portfolio integrity and regulatory compliance with Home Equity and Consumer Lending IT and business groups. As BSA System Business.
• Implemented use of Automated Appraisal Model (AVM) which cut costs on home appraisals by 75%. Project was the winner of the 2nd Quarter 2014 Circle of Excellence Award, one of the highest honors given to teams within.
• Project ELOD created an internal scorecard based on attributes found in applicant credit reports. Won 2011 1st Quarter Circle of Excellence Award.
• Overdraft Protection auto line assignment project. Created a method to automatically assign credit line limits on the product which removed compliance concerns with underwriters manually assigning the applicants.
• Conditionally Approved project solution allowed loan application to automatically assign a loan status along with an income stipulation and removed the underwriter from upfront process.
• Department audit primary contact. Remediated documented findings. Created a “go to” document provided to auditors which outlined critical functionality related to Regulatory Compliance and Credit Policy.

• System Administrator for Loan Center Consumer application. Provided technical support to 180 users. Communicated with network administrators to maintain through patches and upgrades the Loan Application Environment.
• Performed upgrade from a DOS based application to Windows-based while maintaining support of legacy application.
• Implemented automated flood determination process which eliminated inaccurate data entry and website access requirement.
• Designed, tested and implemented the Loan Application front end process which provided an automated application submission process in branches and call centers.
