About Constanza Moya

I am a professional in the sales&marketing areas with extensive and consistent experience in business and marketing management, mainly in the Chilean wine and luxury and experiential tourism industries. I am an undergraduate journalist, with an MBA with a double degree from the University of Chile and Tulane University, in the USA. I am a team leader, focused on results, always taking care of quality, 360º sustainability, the work environment and, especially, in the customers. I am bilingual Spanish/English and speak fluent Portuguese. During 2023 and 2024 I was a member of the board of Viñas de Colchagua, leading the sales committee.• Managed the change of distributor of Chilean wines for supermarkets, hotels and restaurants starting in January 2024, generating in the first Q of the year, an increase of more than 40% in volume and 70% in revenue. • I successfully led a team of 10 people full-time; including sales, marketing and operations executivies, improving Chile's operating result during 2022 and 2023 by more than 40%. • I strengthened the wine tourism offer in both wineries, with Viñedos Orgánicos Veramonte being chosen as the "Experience of the year 2023" in the Valparaíso Region in the Chile Wine Tourism Awards. • I improved the operating result of wine tourism in both wineries by consolidating the business relationship with the tourism trade, to do so I devised strategies to increase the average ticket, generated efficiency in expenses and HR. As a result, this area on 2024 is 100% profitable and healthy.
