I respond to calls on a on-call basis daily for a replacement shift in either the laundry department or housekeeping positions. I complete each position using the hospitals procedures and methods for safety and patient care.

My duties include greeting customers and clients at the front desk for a Parking Revenue Service and installation company. I dispatched service calls to the service technicians to cover geographical areas. I also kept a log to time repairs, kept track of warranties and shipped parts to various venders for repairs. using general contracting software for invoicing. Input and proofread timesheets for processing accordingly service schedule and compile paperwork for payroll. I also provided ledger reports for bank deposits/credit cash payments. Processed collections by letters and phones calls and noted comments, along with general clerical daily needs
