Playwell Esport is a movement with base at our gaming center in Bergen. Using gaming as a tool we are strongly committed in social inclusion, physical activity and work qualification. We run the leading Norwegian Esports academy where youths can combine physical exercise with instruction from our coaches. Recruiting from our academy we are the proud home of some of the best Norwegian Esports athletes. Currently we compete in both national and international events in differente games.

Talking to different game developers in the Bergen area so students can visit them during the convention. Also arranging the Konsoll party.

A non-profit organisation aimed to create social relationships based around gaming between children and young adults. We arrange weekly offline events and work with other organisations in similar fields.

I worked with planning routes for minibuses, following up the routes and also with school driving.

Keep the store looking presentable, being a service set worker and caring for the shop. Gained experience in stock, customer care and retail. With the extra closing responsibilities also gained personnel planning experience, "teamplay" and an independent mindset at work.

I interviewed random subjects which were hand-picked by the company. Gained experience using telephone as working tool, communicating and conversing with different people.

I was stationed at several different locations, some were 'mall cop', traffic conductor, security at the emergency reception etc.Primarily as a security worker I gained valuable experience such as patience, negotiation skills, communication skills and flexibility.

I helped an older generation with their daily routines. As my first job this helped me gain experience with inter human communication, also made me develop a strong sense of empathy and emotional understanding. This has been a valuable asset when working with other people and gave me a different view in "costumer" service.
