About Sean Conley, Ed.D.

Learning is the process by which we change ourselves, our organizations, and our world. John Dewey said that we don't learn from experience, but from reflecting on experience. My work is to foster reflection and cultivate learning. I work with organizations, teams, and individual leaders to develop the collaborative learning strategies needed to adapt to ever-changing environments.
