• Managed a collection of large-scale projects throughout their feasibility assessments, design phases, procurement processes, ethical frameworks and overall project lifecycles (refurbishment of the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Welches Polyclinic, construction of the Dialysis and Isolation units, Central Polyclinic and Western Polyclinics, etc).• Thoroughly documented quantitative and qualitative data from meetings organised and external research obtained throughout the projects’ lifespans for the reference of all stakeholders and key personnel, relating to the required project scope, timeline, quality and agreed budget, in clear and detailed formats. • Facilitated the resolution of issues and provided innovative solutions to keep projects on track.• Liaised with multiple international and local vendors for materials, medical equipment, medical supplies, construction material, etc; coordinated the logistics of these procured merchandise for project completion and conducted quality checks for commissioning, with stakeholder consultations.• Closely worked with the Chief Executive Officer of HAA, Programme Manager of the FCDO, the Governor of Anguilla, relevant ministers of government, medical professional staff of all departments in multiple locations, contractors, etc., on the progression of project deliverables, addressed key concerns and challenges and brought their predecessors up to speed.

I was able to secure a Software Developer role with IBM UK for my industrial placement. This was an ideal opportunity for me to be schooled in technology in a professional environment and visualise the inevitable transition through time of Medicine and Technology.Collectively, my role involved:✦ Maintaining and developing the APAR Processing Tool for IBM's Level-3 Middleware support teams in the UK, USA and India, which provides an automated solution to manage their work items. This allowed the level-3 teams to focus on providing adequate support to enable customer satisfaction for these software solutions used by many of the world's major companies.
